Ok, don't hate me. There are no actual tortillas in this soup. Unfortunately, I do not think Whole 30 compliant tortillas will ever exist. The good news, however, is that you can always substitute tortilla chips with plantain chips which are 100% compliant (barring no added oils or sugar). Kind of the same?...
